Step 1. Cleanse and tone your face as usual.

Step 2. Apply 2-3 drops to your face at night, avoiding the eye area.

Step 3. If you are new to retinol, start with 2-3 times per week and gradually increase to nightly use as your skin builds tolerance.

Step 4. Follow with a moisturizer to lock in hydration.

Step 5. Always apply sunscreen the following morning, as retinol increases sun sensitivity.
